PATERSON – The Paterson Alliance has formed a committee to create an inventory of all the abandoned properties in Paterson in hopes of convincing the city to adopt an ordinance that would create an official list of such properties with the goal of improving the neighborhoods in which they are located.

Montclair State University’s Muslim student union sponsors an event on Wednesday called Beyond the Veil: The Hijab Challenge. Students will wear veils for the day, and debrief with Muslim students afterwards.

Colony Collapse Disorder has caused honeybees (which are the state insect of New Jersey) to disappear in alarming numbers. We talk to local beekeepers and farmers to figure out how this affects Passaic County.

NORTH JERSEY – We talk to local teens about their feelings on the proposed legislation that would prohibit anyone under the age of 19 from purchasing tobacco products.
